It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Toby Williams (Clear Creek, West Virginia), born in Beckley, West Virginia, who passed away on December 22, 2019, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father J. B. Williams of Clear Creek; and his grandfather Toby Dunbar of Clear Creek. He is survived by: his mother Kim Dunbar-Shutt (Rick Shutt) of Mullens; his grandmother Pam Dunbar of Clear Creek; his uncle Todd (Martha Dunbar) of Glen Daniels; his half-brother Jeremy Williams; his uncles, Bobby of Clear Creek, Harold Dee of Clear Creek and Joey Williams of Clear Creek; his grandparents, Hoten and Nellie Williams of Artie; his great-grandparents, Clifford, Juanita "Tissie" Dunbar of Beckley, Bill and Juanita Nelson of Colcord; his aunt Rosalee; and also Wilhelm of Ohio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, friends.
