He is survived by: his sisters, Shirley and Connie; his brother-in-law Cecil; his children, Scott Bailey of Evergreen, NC and Tammy Bailey Dickens (Ernie Dickens) of Navarre, FL; his grandchildren, Brittany Bailey, Cassidy Dickens, Daniel Hall of Nashville, TN, Samantha Makowsky, Michael Makowsky, Barbara Bailey of Florida, Jasmine Bailey, CJ Plumley, Bellami Bailey, Branson Plumley of West Virginia, Carlie Nava, Gerardo Nava of Virginia Beach, VA, Hallie Bailey, Charles Tucker of Hope Mills, NC and Jesse Dickens of Navarre, FL; his sister Lulabell Burgess of Fairmont, WV; and his siblings-in-law, Juanita Adamson (Rick Adamson), Kathy Reid and Bobby Fraley. He is also survived by his cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
