He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Collins-Williams and Mable Collins-Williams; his stepfather Delbert Williams; his daughter Brenda Lee; his siblings, Bob, Bill, Paul, Jesse, Jr. (Bub), Freddy Collins, Wayne Williams, Jean Peterson and Mary Tolliver (Doll); and his parents-in-law, Isom and Arbutus Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Diann Collins; his daughters, Lisa England (Matt) and Tena Jarrell (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jacob, Rachel, London England, Andrea Cook (Joey), Luke Jenkins (Emilie), Kaylee Dunbar, Parker and Presley Jarrell; his great grandchild Holland Cook; and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Collins, Sally Williams and Dennie Williams. He is also survived by his family and friends.
