It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Jones (Clear Creek, West Virginia), born in Dorothy, West Virginia, who passed away on January 1, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayburn Williams and Linnie Dunbar Williams; and her siblings, Herman Williams, Buford Williams, Nova Williams, Gaylena Cyrus, Cleda Williams, Doris Stanley and Kathleen Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Shelby "Punkin" Williams of Clear Creek, Clifford "Butterball" Williams (Mary) of Maryland, Donald Williams (Karen) of Clear Creek, Leroy "Weasel" Williams (Linda) of Oak Hill, Diane Douglas (Danny) of North Carolina, Charlie Lilly (Cathy) of North Carolina, Shelia Oxentine (Daniel) of North Carolina and Melinda Raynes (Dewey) of Colcord; and her brothers, Ronald Williams (Jean) of Artie, Jackie Williams (Aline) of Artie, Teddy Williams (Judy) of Virginia and Eddie Williams of South Carolina. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, a special friend.
