He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred Williams and Vonda Bailey Williams. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Williams; his sons, Michael Williams (Sheila) of Rhodell and Aaron Williams of Clear Creek; his adoptive children, Donna Bryant (Alan) of Radford and Denver Simms (Kristin) of Ohio; his grandchildren, Derek, Caressa, Phoenix and Daniel; and his brother Dennis Williams. He is also survived by many relatives, church family, and friends.
Facial coverings and social distancing will be observed as mandated by the Governor of the State of WV.
