He is survived by : his wife Kay Knotts; his children, Lee Ann Flanagan of White House, TN, Michael W. "Mike" Flanagan (Kendra) of Watertown, TN, Patrick "Pat" Flanagan (Dorothy) of Marion, OH and Monica Ruth Flanagan Palmer (Daren) of White House, TN; his sister Saundra Norman (Bernard) of Mt. Clare; and his siblings-in-law, Rick, Robin Harris of Buckhannon, Deshilla, Robert Rohrbough of Clarksburg, Barbara Lal of Buckhannon, Alan and Christine Harris of Morgantown. He is also survived by three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
