He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann Paugh Patton; his parents, Charles Livingston and Wanda Shreves Livingston; his siblings, James Patton and Mary Murphy; and his brother-in-law Jerry Paugh.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sherri Shank (Anthony Thompkins) of Clarksburg and Susan Wilmerink-Hanby (Gene) of Lost Creek; his grandson Jay Lawson (Gayle) of Austin, TX; his siblings, Charles Patton (Jennifer) of Clarksburg, Kendall Wilson (Patty) of Madison, OH, Bob Reed (Jane) of Indiana, Shirley Dye of Painsville, OH and Roberta Summer; and his brother-in-law Chuck Paugh (Mary Kay). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
