He was predeceased by: his parent John Blair Cain Sr.; his daughter Sherena Millsap; and his sister Linda Griffin. He is survived by: his parent Christine Queen Cain; his wife Sharon Earnest Cain of Clarksburg; his stepdaughter Jacqueline Fornash (Tommy) of Mt. Clare; his grandson Elijah Millsap of North Carolina; his stepgranddaughters, Tesse Terneus (John), Toni Siebert and Tia Clark; his significant other Jason; his siblings, John Cain of Clarksburg, Rena Harris (Wayne) and Mary Miller of Clarksburg; his sister-in-law Sue Cain of Clarksburg; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Addyson, Emery, Kinsley, Jacob, Jordan and Jaxson.
