She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Richard "Dick" Emerson Earnest and Ina Mae Powers Earnest; her husband Stephen Cain; her daughter Sherena Millsap; her grandson DJ Siebert; and her sister Carla Denise Earnest.
She is survived by: her daughter Jacqueline Fornash (Tommy) of Clarksburg; her grandchildren, Tesse Terneus (John) of Morgantown, Tia Terrell (Jason), Toni Siebert of Clarksburg, Elijah Millsap (Fahryn), Tommy Fornash (Tori Downey) of Fairmont and Jennifer Crissman (Matt); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Jordan, Ethan, Addyson, Jaxson, Kinsley, Emery, Ashton, Elizabeth and Myla; her siblings, Donna Dennison (Jim), Richard Earnest (Penny), Leroy Earnest (Annie) and Paul Earnest (Tina); her aunts, Sandra Jenkins (Bobby) and Kathryn Miller (Buck); her close friend Sherri Gallo (Mike) of Reynoldsville; and also Betty Carpenter of Clarksburg. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
