He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Pete and Mildred Blagaich Fragale. He is survived by: his wife Christine Lea Michael Fragale; his daughter Veronica Christine Fragale; and his sisters, Clara Scully of Lexington, KY and Nancy Gwilliam (Bill). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
