He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward and Francis Deloris Sandy Palmer; and his siblings, William E Palmer Jr. and Pamela Jean Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Edwina Pauline Wetzel Palmer; his daughter Paula Swick; and his siblings, Curtis Wayne Palmer (Debra), Cassandra Palmer Hoover (Bill) and Tammy Frazier (Eric). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
