She was predeceased by: her parents, John Daniel and Jean Katheryn Wolford (Carson); and her siblings, Tom Wolford, Herb Wolford, Ailene Gibson and Karen Lafferty.
She is survived by: her husband Roscoe Lee Smarr; her children, Tara Smarr (William Blake) of Good Hope and Bill Smarr (Lori) of Bridgeport; her grandson Hunter Connolly of Clarksburg; and her sister Michal Cottrill (Dewaine) of Cosby, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
