He is survived by: his children, Katherine Ann Garrett Kiger (Mike) of Huntington, WV, Jeffrey Wilson Garrett (Sue) of Cornelius, NC, Elinor Elizabeth Garrett (Sue Chase) of Sherrill's Ford, NC, Karen Lynn Garrett Mazza (Albert) of Mooresville, NC, Janet Elise Garrett Babcock of Davidson, NC, Douglas Heazelton Garrett (Jaime) of Fairmont, WV, Amy Starling Garrett of Harmony, NC and Amanda Wilson Garrett Bruno (Brian) of Dayton, OH.; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Wilson Garrett, II (Carrie), Lindsey McConnell Adams (Bill), Sara Elise Babcock Whaley (Tyler), Jordan Douglas Garrett, Trey Herchel Mazza, Carmen Leeann Babcock and Tanner Douglas Garrett; his great grandchildren, Carrington Jae Garrett, Emery Anne Garrett, Grant Carter Garrett and Amelia McConnell Adams; his brother Thomas Wayne Garrett (Lois) of Fairmont, WV; his sister-in-law Sara Wilson Bennett of Scottsdale, AZ; and his close friend Marion Seeley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
