She is survived by: her husband Paul Leslie Mulligan Jr.; her children, Paul Lawrence Mulligan (Miranda) of Clarksburg and Christina Mulligan of Bridgeport; her grandchildren, Emma Mulligan, Christopher Mulligan and Sarie Bland; and her sister Sharon Bushnell of Ohio.
