He is survived by: his son James Fogg (Julia) of Jane Lew; his grandchildren, David Lockhart, Paige-Lee Fogg, Courtney Fogg and Ashlynn Fogg; his siblings, Leonard Fogg, Thana Carr Fogg and Larry Fogg (VeAnne); his stepsiblings, Charles Fogg and Mary Ellen Reese Fogg; and his niece Vicki Bland.
