She was predeceased by: her parents, Blaine L. Shockey and Lucy Currence Shockey; her husband Roy W. Thomason; her sons, Roy Thomason, Jr. and Charles B. "Charlie" Thomason; her son-in-law Clyde Howes; and her siblings, Harold B. Shockey and Pauline Grayson.
She is survived by: her daughter Katherine M. "Katie" Howes of Buckhannon; her grandchildren, Randy Howes (Deb) of Buckhannon, Edward Howes (Carol) of Buckhannon, Debbie Bonner (Donnie) of Adrian, WV and Marty Thomason (Karen) of Clarksburg, WV; and her daughters-in-law, Betty Thomason of Clarksburg and Shelia E. Thomason of Buckhannon. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
