She is survived by: her husband Jerry Maxwell; her children, Angela Clowser (Justin) of Jane Lew and John Maxwell (Hannah) of Fairmont; her grandchildren, Justin Maxwell (Addie) of Fairmont and Kaitlin Talkington of Clarksburg; her great grandchild Memphis Henry; and her brothers, G. L. Toothman (Mely) of Lakeland and H. B. Toothman (Joyce) of Rock Lake. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
