He was predeceased by: his brother Leeman "Phil" Maxwell; and his parents, Leeman "Dink" M. Maxwell and Lenora J. Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Angela "Vincent" Maxwell; his brothers, Steven L. Maxwell (Pamela) of Morgantown, WV and Charles L. Maxwell (Peggy) of Morgantown, WV; and his son Leeman "Lee" Joseph Maxwell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephew/great nieces and nephews.
