It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John William Stanton Jr. of Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on April 24, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Stanton and Betty Jean Louchery Stanton. He is survived by: his wife Kristine E. "Kris" Fansler Stanton; his son John William "Billy" Stanton, III (Tracie) of Mesa, AZ; his grandchildren, Heather Lee Stanton and Brittnie Ann Stanton; his pet Bowie; his sister Sharon Ann Miller (Dave) of Bridgeport; and his siblings-in-law, Anne Coffman (John) of Vienna, WV and John Fansler (Brenda) of Vienna, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
