He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Franklin and Laura Ann Wine Jenkins; his wife Cindy Moore Jenkins; and his stepdaughter Bobbie Jo Sponagule. He is survived by: his son John Jenkins, Jr. (Tammy) of Clarksburg; his stepchildren, James Carpenter of Clarksburg, Ron Sponagule (Jessika) of Enterprise, Alisha Church of Clarksburg and Misty Barker (Mark) of Shinnston; and his siblings, Floyd Franklin Jenkins (Faye) of Sardis, Worthy Ray Jenkins of East View and Frances Ann Marsh of Clarksburg. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
