He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Delores June Carroll Koch; and his sisters, Martha Koch and Diana Koch. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Nichole Perez (Mike) of Clarksburg and James Carroll (Rose) of Ohio. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
