He is survived by: his sister Charlotte Ann Wilmoth Mikuska of Palm City, FL; his nephew Ken Mikuska (Sheryl); his great-nephew Owen of Denver, CO; and his cousins, Barbara Jo Comer (Don), Peggy Knight and Tim Bennett.
