He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Tustin and Day Brohard Tustin; and his siblings, Carolyn Vitola and Burlin Tustin. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Brumage Tustin; his children, Michael Tustin of Augusta, GA, Greg Tustin of Charleston, WV, Leigh Ann Tustin of Richmond, VA, Stephen Tustin (Tina) of Grafton, WV and Ryan Tustin (Amanda) of Morgantown, WV.; and his sister Marolyn Jett (John) of Holly Ridge, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
