He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Young and Lorraine Young; and his sister Michelle Shugerman. He is survived by: his siblings, Valarie Cuozzo (David) and Brian Webb (Sandie); his nieces and nephews, Eric Langohr (Tami), Danielle Bohannan, Heather Shugerman, Lindsay Shugerman, Brian Webb Jr. (Allison), Sethan Webb (Vienna) and Meg Graham (Trevor); his brother-in-law Richard Shugerman; and his close friends, Judy, Steven Utley, Selestine Kunkel and Paula Wells.
