He is survived by: his wife Susan Long Moore; his children, Frank M Moore, Jr. (Helen), Angela Dalton, Jerry of Dellslow, WV and Heather Brunett (Chad Brunett) of Fairmont, WV; and his grandchildren, Shawn, Courtney Brunett, Kayla Moran, Korina Webb, Rebecca and Charles Sickles. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
