He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Lowe and Wayman Lowe; his brothers, Edmund and Ralph Lowe; and his son Gregory Lee Lowe.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lowe (Lanham); his children, Timothy (Johanna), Suzette (Lowe-Romine) and Leigh Ann (Timothy Wissman); and his brothers, John Lowe of Salem, WV and Joe Lowe of Mooresville, NC.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
