She was predeceased by: her husband Jarold C. Leffel; her son Timothy B. Leffel; her parents, Connie Hager and Nora Midkiff Hager; her sister Loretta Sexton; her granddaughter Michelle Lea Joseph; and her son-in-law Terry Joseph.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Joseph (Clyde Moxley) of Clarksburg and Jarold Leffel; and her daughter-in-law Susan Dickens of Spencer. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
