He is survived by: his children, Pamela Shriver (Darrin) of Clarksburg, Dewain Edward "DJ" Hayes, Jr. of Clarksburg and Tina Swiger (Steven) of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, Cameron Swiger, Cole Swiger, Samantha Tucker (Andrew) and Lenzie Powell (Jonathan); his great grandchildren, Lincoln and Alaina Powell; his sister Deborah McCune (Darrell) of Salem; his niece Sara Sinclair Shingleton (Dennis); and his siblings, Dustin McCune (Carrie), Claudia Mano (Larry Joe) of Mt. Clare, Carolyn Chumley of Bridgeport and Dalin Hayes (Rainey) of Salem. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
