It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deloris Ann Luckey (Clarksburg, West Virginia), who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Denzel N. White and Icie V. Mohler White; her brother James Edward White; the fathers of children, Richard E. Pratt and James O. Dean; her significant other Cordell A. Luckey; and her close friend Lois Brown Webb.
She is survived by: her son Richard E. Pratt, II (Janet) of Clarksburg, WV; her granddaughters, Jennifer L. Pratt Szendre (Andrew) of Moultonborough, NH and Paige Peters Whitman (Allie) of Charleston, WV.; and her stepdaughters, Diane Luckey, Pam Hayes and Tammy Jo Connelly. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
