He is survived by: his wife Norma Jo McDaniel Meadows; his daughters, Shelley Relayson (Morris) of Lafitte, LA and Brandi Regan (Matt) of Lafitte, LA; and his grandchildren, Sophia Ezell (Joseph), Noah Relayson, Eden Regan and Aislinn Regan.
