He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Shaffer; his children, Julie Marie Shaffer-Rajakar (Chandra) of Nokomis, FL, Leslie Shaffer Marcozzi of Bridgeport, WV and Dallas Shaffer of Fairmont, WV.; his grandchildren, Ryan Das Rajakar, Collette Hall and Naomi Marcozzi; and his siblings, Patti Elaine Shaffer Bayes of Rogersville, AL and Donald Shaffer (Leslie) of Manakin Sabot, VA..
