With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Lucille Bode of Clarksburg, West Virginia, born in Industrial, West Virginia, who passed away on November 23, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Maylee and Bessie Pearl Johnston Maylee; her husband Berlin Francis Bode; and her siblings, Lavonne Burge, Vance Maylee, Robert Maylee and Glen Maylee.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia L. Griffith (Tim) and Timothy B. Bode; and her granddaughters, Amy Johnson (Chris), Allison Escolopio (Tim) of Charlotte, NC and Abigail Griffith. She is also survived by one great-grandson; numerous nieces and nephews.
