She was predeceased by: her parents, John Plattenburg and Betty Plattenburg Harworth (Shuman); and her husband Dr. Louis C. Palmer. She is survived by: her son John P. Rappold (Cari Bailey) of Bridgeport; her grandchild Damon Waters (Allison); her great grandchildren, Hallie and Dawson; her grandchild Devon Waters (Alyssa); her great grandchild Jack; her grandchildren, Drew Waters and Allison Rappold Wilson (Chad) of Stanfield, NC; her daughters, Lola Wilson and Hali Hitt (Tyler); her grandchildren, Brynn, Chesnie, Baylor and Tripp; her stepdaughter Deborah Hollandsworth (Roger K. Jr.); her stepgrandchildren, Ryan, Emily McLaughlin (Patrick) and Evan; and also, Brock, Cole, Merrill, Leatha, Bradley Palmer (Christine), Michelle Palmer (Mike Thompson), Ashton Weaver and Gregory Palmer.
