He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford L. Kyle and Eva Wright Kyle; his wife Kathryn "Kitty" Sparks; his siblings, Edgar, Franklin "Randy" Kyle and Patricia Miller; his siblings-in-law, Juanita Kyle and John Kirkpatrick; and his close friend Mona Macomber.

He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Kyle (Sue) of Keyser, WV, Phil Kyle (Marlene), Jeff Kyle (Janice) of Elkins, Mary Rowan (Buddy) of Elkins, Brenda Kirkpatrick of Elkins and Martha Roy (David) of Elkins.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Davis Memorial Presbyterian Church, Capital Gifts Fund, 450 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, WV 26241 in memory of Arnold.
