He was predeceased by: his father Frank V. Fazio, II. He is survived by: his mother Debra J. Conley Fazio; his son Aaron Joseph Fazio (Mitaire) of Nashville, TN; his stepdaughter Danielle Marshall of Morgantown; and his brother Jeff Fazio (Shannon) of Weston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
