She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kakalec and Ruby Pavilack Kakalec. She is survived by: her sisters, Mary McCartney of Belington and Theresa Brown; her sibling-in-law Terry Beveridge of Fairmont; her nephews, Eric McCartney and Peter McCartney; and her pets, Morgan, Logan and Madyson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home (201 Edison St, Nutter Fort, WV 26301). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (226 E Pike St, Clarksburg, WV 26301). A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home (201 Edison St, Nutter Fort, WV 26301). A prayer was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 6:30 PM.
