She was predeceased by: her parents, Adilio Fonseca and Rosario Rojas Richmond; and her son Jose Antonio Barker. She is survived by: her stepfather Jose Santiago; her husband Franklin Delano Barker, Sr.; her sons, Franklin D. Barker, Jr. of Murrietta, CA and Steven L. Barker of Clarksburg; and her stepbrother Jose Santiago, Jr.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
