She was predeceased by: her parents, Ressie Carr and Thelma Jean Warner Carr; her sister Jo; and her husband George R. Phares. She is survived by: her children, Luci Raines (Billy), Benjamin Phares (Rhiannon), Neil Phares (Marcie), Melinda Sherman (Britt) and Amy Phares; her grandchildren, Ashlee Ratcliffe, Courtnie Butler, Austin Phares, Tyler Phares, Hannah Kaplinger, Madison Phares, Landon Phares, Kathryn Phares and Benson Phares; her great grandchildren, Laken, Kendall, Brynn, Reese, Avalyn and Kaycen; and her brother Bill Warner (Grace).
