It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Kent Cooper (Circleville, West Virginia), born in Harman, West Virginia, who passed away on April 2, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt Cooper and Lillian Gae Cooper (Wymer); his brother Don Allen Cooper; and his half-brother Kenneth Clark Cooper. He is survived by: his daughters, Glenda Kohlieber (Troy) of Alamogordo, NM and Julieanne Ketterman (Phillip) of Harman, WV; his siblings, Charlotte Vance (Tom) of Harman, WV, Linda Carter of Shepherdstown, WV, Delores Nicodemus of Charlestown, WV, Barbara Shiflette (Larry) and Dwight Cooper of Harman, WV; his half-siblings, Wyoma Lee Helmick of Harrisonburg, VA and Gary Cooper of Harman, WV; and his grandchildren, Jase and Haylee Ketterman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
