He is survived by: his close friend Thelma White of Circleville, WV; his daughter Tina Eye of Franklin, WV; his stepchildren, Lisa Caplinger (Dale) of Arthur, WV, Ronald White (Catherine) of Highpoint, NC and Timothy White (Connie) of Circleville, WV; his brother Akie Arbogast of Elkins, WV; and his grandson Christopher Eye of Franklin, WV. He is also survived by 6 step grandchildren; and 2 step great-grandchildren.
