She is survived by: her children, Lucinda Rose Warner of Circleville, WV, Nancy Ann Rexrode (Larry) of Mechanicsville, MD and Michael Cary Cook (Sandra) of Stuart, VA. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
