She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Andrew Moore and Martha Ann Moore of Chloe, WV; her daughter Sharon Kay; her siblings, Roscoe Moore of Chloe, WV, Richard Moore of Chloe, WV, Jeff Moore of Chloe, WV and Kathleen 'Sis Hughes of Chloe, WV; and her great grandchild Marcus Lee Sigman.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Carte of Chloe, WV; her children, Samuel Jarvis (Connie) of Chloe, WV, Terry Fowler (Denny) of Charleston, WV, Randall Jarvis (Judy) of Spencer, WV and Gary Wayne Jarvis (Christy) of Chloe, WV; her stepchildren, Tracy Cowger of Newton, WV, William Carte of Akron and Jerry Smith of Chloe, WV; and her brother Mitchell Moore (Patty) of Chloe, WV. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren; she also has several nieces and nephews.
