He is survived by: his children, Gary Withrow (Sherry) of Winchester, VA, Annette Osborne (Roger) of Charleston, WV, Stephanie Metheney (Timmy) of Chloe, WV, Shannon Hall of Spencer, WV and Carol Withrow, Jr. of Clio, WV; his grandchildren, Abby Withrow Roebuck, Aubrey Withrow, Aunna Osborne, Austin Metheney, Bryer Metheney, Jonathan Hall, Zoey Hall, Jacalynn Withrow, Alley Milam, Azira Withrow and Nevaeh Rader; and his brother Willis Withrow of Belle, WV. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
