He is survived by: his wife Linda Buchheit Miller; his children, Thomas Miller of East Liverpool, William Miller of St. Petersburg, FL., David Miller of Weirton, Todd McGaffic of Cocoa Beach, FL. and Kimberly Potts of East Liverpool; and his sister Tammy of Florida. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
