He is survived by: his wife Valirie Dudgeon Grimm; his son William Grimm Jr. of East Liverpool; his stepsons, Brandon Keck (Jenn) of East Liverpool, Kenneth Keck of East Liverpool and Michael Straub of Leetonia; his daughter Terri Campbell (Andrew) of Wellsville; his siblings, Charles "Chip" Grimm (Linda) of Leetonia and Evelyn Lewis of Cortland, OH.; and his grandchildren, Terry, Anthony Adams, Lillian, Vivian and Anderson.
