She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Smith of East Liverpool and Patricia Lyons of Maryland; and her grandchildren, Jason Pugh, Laurie Williams-Gay, Dustin Smith and Zachary Smith. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
