She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gary Waxler Sr. of Hookstown and Edna Mae Gallagher Waxler; her brother Timothy Waxler; her husband Tim Smallwood; her children, Misty Feather (Ken) of Lisbon, OH., Carl Fowler (Becky) of McDonald, PA. and Julie Jones (Mike) of Shippingport, PA.; her brothers, Gary J. Waxler Jr. (Lisa) of Calcutta and Dave Waxler (Janet) of Beaver; her sister-in-law Florence Waxler of Blacksville, WV.; and her grandchildren, Ava Jones, Mason Fowler, Corban Fowler and Abe Gray.
