He is survived by: his mother Joann Guzzetta Babela; his wife Nicole "Nikki" Moore Mathews; his stepchildren, Hayden and Kendall; his stepparents, Paul Babela and Kathryn Matthews; his siblings-in-law, Richard and Cheryl Moore; his sister Tiffany Grant (Kirk) of Los Angeles, CA.; his brother-in-law Kevin Moore (Kristen); his niece Hannah Moore of Columbus, OH.; his pets, Piper and Dasher; and his uncles, Joe Guzzetta (Mary Ann), Matthew Guzzetta (Elaine) and James Guzzeta (Charlene). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
