He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Pustovarch and Mary Prezenkop Pustovarch; his wife Patricia "Patty" Heath Pustovarh; his sister Marj Defillipis; and his daughter Shannan Adams.
He is survived by: his son Michael Pustovarh of Weirton; his grandsons, Anthony Pustovarh and Michael Adams; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Alex and Aubree.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Arner Funeral Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Arner Funeral Service Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034).
