She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. Howell and Ruth Hubbard Howell; her former husband Loren Ludington; her husband Wally Simcox; and her siblings, Jim, Kenny Howell, June Amos, Joann Groves and Jackie Goodlin.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Ludington of Chester, Matthew Simcox of Newell, Jody Simcox and Makita Smith of Leetonia; and her siblings, Pete Howell of Chester, Barb Robinson of Chester and Rita Howell of Newell. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Arner Funeral Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
